Explanation:

Side length of heptagon = 20.3cm / 7 = 2.9cm.

The heptagon is made out of 7 congruent triangles, each with height 3.0cm and base 2.9cm

Hence area of heptagon

= 7 * [(0.5)(3.0cm)(2.9cm)]

= 7 * 4.35cm²

= 30.45cm².
