Explanation:

You have to use synthetic division. You are told that two of its zeros are 2 and -2. Using this you can divide and reduce the polynomial into something more manageable. I'll attach a photo since it's easier. Forgive my penmanship. I wish my handwriting is as good as yours. Hope this helps!
