Two pools are being filled with water. To start, the first pool contains 1660 liters of water and the second pool contains 1900 liters of water. Water is being

added to the first pool at a rate of 30.75 liters per minute. Water is being added to the second pool at a rate of 23.25 liters per minute.
After how many minutes will the two pools have the same
amount of water

Answer:

let the time be "x" minutes for both

after x minutes,

the first pool will have 1660l + 30.75x

and the second pool will have 1900+ 23.25x

note: both pool Will have equal volume of water

1660+ 30.75x=1900+23.25x

30.75x-23.25x= 1900-1660

7.5x=240

x = 240/7.5

x= 40minutes
