We must know that the volume of a triangular prism is the area of the base multiplied by the height.

Let's first identify our values:

7m = height of prism

6m = base of triangle

8m = height of triangle

First, we must know the formula to calculate the area of a triangle.

Area = base × height ÷ 2

6 is the base of the triangle and 8 is the height. 6 × 8 = 48

48 ÷ 2 = 24

Finally, we have to multiply the area of the triangle which is 24 by the height of the triangular prism which is 7 and we will get a product of 168
168units^(2)

Therefore, the volume of the triangular prism is 168
168units^(2)
