Explanation:

In order to get this answer I looked at the formula for the circumference of a circle and the formula is c = 2πr (c being circumference, r being radius, π being pie) So if the bigger circle's circumference is 68π then you need to divide 68 by 2 to figure out the radius.

So 68/2=34 and the radius of the smaller circle is 1/4 of 34 which is 8.5.

Then you multiply the radius (8.5) by 2 to get 17π for your final answer.
