a bowl contains 240 blue and red skittles if the probability of picking a blue is 1/3 then how many red are in the bowl

You would take 240 and divide it by 3 and get 80, so 1/3 of 240 is 80. Then you would subtract 240 by 80 and get 160. So there would be 160 red skittles
