If all the things we are learning in school where useful why do teachers work at a place that doesn't pay much when they could be working somewhere else?

Hmm, well its complicated. Some people grow up wanting to help people, while some others grow up wanting to teach. Some teachers love their jobs, and some don't.

The Teachers who don't like to underpaid as much, try to find work at colleges. But in the end, it's all up to choice. They really don't have to teach, they do it cause they love to teach.

A lot of the times it's because they like teaching. They enjoy it, and they enjoy being around kids.
