There is a population of lizards where toe tapping is a dominant trait. A toe tapper mates with a non toe tapper

Don't quite know what you're asking, but if a lizard with the dominant toe tapping trait mates with a non toe tapper, their offspring will have the dominant trait as well.

Hope this somewhat helps?
