- If the scale factor between 0 and 1, then the image will be smaller

* In the problem

- The vertex A of the triangle is (-6 , 4) and its image A' is (-24 , 16)

∵ -24 ÷ -6 = 4

∵ 16 ÷ 4 = 4

∴ The scale factor is 4

∵ 4 > 1

∴ The image of the triangle will be larger
