The Maslow motivation approach is famously known and most prominent assumptions on workplace motive. Abraham Maslow first manifested his influential theory of personal development and motive in the 1940s. He recommended that human beings have a government of demands. Individuals act in a process which will approach essential requirements, before proceeding on to entertain other, so-called higher-level needs.
