0.5M NaOH since there is an equation, C1V1 = C2V2, you know the concentration of HCl as 1.00M and volume as 10.0mL = 20.0mLx so x would be 1/2M to get it equal

But for two solutions or mixtures with equal number of moles the formula to calculate molarity will be as follows.


M_(1)V_(1) =
M_(2)V_(2)


1.00 m * 0.01 l =
M_(2) * 0.02 l


M_(2) = 0.5 m

Thus, we can conclude that the molarity of the NaOH is 0.5 m.
