Clayton surveyed a random sample of 90 registered voters in his hometown. He asked them if they were in favor of building a new park. The results are shown below:

In favor-63
Not in favor-27
Based on these results, about how many people out of the 15,500 registered voters would be expected to vote in favor of a new park?
PLEASE HELP!
