Diameter=16mm, so the radius is 8. The formula for volume of a cylinder is the area of the base times height, or v=πr²h.
Substituting the values in, we get π(8²)(5.7), which gives us roughly 1146mm^3.

Answer:

3)~v=8491mm^3

Explanation:

3) volume of cylinder is...

v= πr²h

plug r= 13 and h=16

  • v=π(13)²(16)
  • v=π(13×13)(16)
  • v=π(169)(16) ← plug π=3.14
  • v=3.14(2704)
  • v=8490.56
  • v=8491mm^3

so, your answer is B
