Work activities involve challenge in this fast paced life. Every individual is driven to prove his creativity and productivity.

Experiencing a state of flow makes an individual to completely immerse and focus in that specific activity which would result him in attaining the bliss of work.

When an individual grossly immerses himself in a particular activity, his skill and the difficulty level of the task is balanced creating a sense of pleasure to perform that specific work.

Letter C is the correct answer.

Work activities are most likely to foster hapiness when these activities promote the experience of flow. Flow is a very enjoyable state of being and can happen in different ways for different people: it doesn't only help us to feel happier, but also more creative and productive in our daily tasks.
