Answer:

The initial temperature is 80 °F.

The final termperature is 20°F.

During this period, fell 60 °F which represents a percentage of

(60)/(80) * 100= 75\%

We repeat the process for the rest.

From -13 °F to 9 °F, the temperature arose 22 °F, which is equivalent to

(22)/(13) * 100= 169.23 \%

From -5 °F to 8 °F, the temperature fell 13 °F, which is equivalent to

(13)/(5) * 100= 260 \%
