C. Both functions have a y-intercept of -2

A. Function F in decreasing then increasing, therefore it's incorrect

B. Function F is symmetrical about the y-axis, but Function G is not

C. Both functions intercept the y-axis at (0,-2) so it's correct

D. Only function G shows a linear relationship.

This is 100% correct. I took algebra 1 last year.
