Point A is located at (-2, 4). After it is transformed, point A' is located at (2, 4). What could the transformation be?

A translation 4 units to the right
A rotation of 90° around the origin
A reflection in the y-axis
A translation 4 units up

The only one that wouldn’t change the y-value is a reflection across the y-axis.
