Answer:

34.5 Is the answer or 34 minutes and 5 seconds.

Explanation:

1) Set a Proportion Minutes on top over laps

23/10 = x/15

2) cross Multiply

10 times x = 10x

23 times 15 = 345

3) Solve for X (x is the amount of minutes for 15 laps)

345 = 10x

Divide 10 on both sides

345/10= 34.5

Hopes this Helps you !

Answer:

The answer to this is 34 minutes and 50 seconds.

Explanation:

First, I multiplied 23 x 2 = 46 because I wanted to see how much minutes it could be in 20 minutes.

Then, I got the answer by getting the median.

23 - 46

the median of that is 34.5. Therefore, the expected time for 15 laps is 34 minutes and 50 seconds.

Hope this Helped!!!!
