For this case we have that by definition of power properties:

a ^ {- 1} = \frac {1} {a ^ 1} = \frac {1} {a}

Then, we have the following expression:

\frac {5 ^ {- 6}} {5 ^ 3}

It can be rewritten as:

\frac {1} {5 ^ 6 * 5 ^ 3}

By definition of power properties we have:

a ^ m * a ^ n = a ^ {m + n}

So:

\frac {1} {5 ^ 6 * 5 ^ 3} = \frac {1} {5 ^ 9}

Answer:

Option A
