y > -2x - 2....this line has a slope of -2...so it is decreasing....it has a y int of -2 (so the line crosses the y axis at -2)....this will be a dashed line because there is no equal sign....this will be shaded above the line because it is greater then.

y < = x + 4....this line has a slope of 1...so it is increasing....it has a y int of 4 (so it crosses the y axis at 4)...this will be a solid line because it contains an equal sign...this will be shaded below the line because it is less then.
