15 POINTS PLEASE ANSWER

A large concrete water pipe is being laid underground. The pipe has a diameter of 24 inches and is laid in 40 foot sections. How many cubic feet of water does each section hold? Express your answer in terms of pi. Show all calculations.

Ok I have no idea if this is what it’s asking but I’ll give it a try

24inch=2 ft

2r=24 then r=12inch=1ft

V=πr^2.h

π.1.40= 40πft^3 so the answer I think is 40π
