What physical and mental benifits does running have

ANSWER:

well running helps to burn fat and calories, it also helps your joints and bones to become stronger, even ur heart muscle bc when you run your heart starts to beat faster which means its going to be harder to pump oxygen to your blood so its kinds like an heart exercise XD

and for mental health it could be a great way to think things through or to to forget about whats bothering you, also very good in relieving stress and depression (dats why ppl go running in da mornin).
