This is due next period. I need answers and a small explanation/work.

1) Cancel out the common factor which in this case is 8
`(16m^2)/(24m^7) = (2m^2)/(3m^7)`

2)First apply exponent rule
`(n(n+7))/(4n(n+7))\\` now cancel out the common factors which are n and n+7 leaving you with
`(1)/(4)=0.25`

3)Factorize
`((x+2)(x-12))/(x+2)`cancel out the common factor in this case x+2 leaving you with
`x-12`

4) Factorize
`((-3w+1)(3w-1))/(4(3w-1))` cancel out the common factor in this case 3w-1 leaving you with
`(-3w+1)/(4)`
