A bakery has been selling out of their most popular type of cookie. For that cookie, the bakers decide to bake their usual 300 cookies plus 120 extra. Each pan they bake holds 18 cookies.

Which equation can we use to find p, the number of pans of cookies, the bakers will need to bake?
