They can take people as an example to things and make them into what they call, "mature". As of temperament, character, and environment changes. But when I mean temperament, I mean when a person's natural disposition or inborn combination of mental and emotional traits change. But mainly personality can come from who and what you choose to hang out with, and how you'll reflect on it. But this is my opinion of Personality changes.
