Answer:

Ivan has 20 more miles to walk.

Explanation:

If the hike is 60 miles long and he has already walked 15 miles the first day and 25 miles the next we can do this equation :

60 - 15 - 25 = 20.

Which means the third day he has to walk 20 whole miles! Good luck Ivan :D

Hope this helps,

Davinia.

Answer:

Ivan have left to walk = 20 miles .

Explanation:

Given:Ivan is on a three-day hike. The hike is 60 miles long. If he walked 15 miles on the first day and 25 miles on the second day.

To find: How many miles does he have left to walk.

Solution: We have given that

Total length of hike = 60 miles .

Ivan walked on the first day = 15 miles .

Ivan walked on the second day = 25 miles .

Ivan walked in 2 days = 15 + 25 = 40 miles .

So, Ivan have left to walk = 60 -40 = 20 miles .

Therefore , Ivan have left to walk = 20 miles .
