I am writing an argumentive essay on Japanese internment camps and I've been asking a lot of 3 simple reasons to put in my thesis so far I have violates their rights and that's all I just need to know why the government wasn't justified for interning them please help me I've been stressing for so long and I can't ask for help cause I'm on break

The government wasn't justified for interning them because the government had no evidence that tied any of the Japanese prisoners to being apart or behind the bombing of Pearl Harbor. They were simply interned for being Japanese, which was not only racially biased but also infringed on their right to a fair trial, seeing as many were Japanese-Americans.
