38 mochas

Explanation:

Of the 20 drinks sold, 8 were mochas, so

8/20 = 0.4 = 40% of the drinks they sold were mochas.

If the sold 95 drinks, then 95(0.4) = 38 of them would be mochas if the proportion stays the same
