y+4=-3/2(x-2) is the answer

Explanation:

Again over here just use the y=mx+c

m which is the slope is change in y over change in x which in this case is
(-3)/(2) so which just that we can cross out the first option for the answer secondly to be able to find C just take literally any point from the graphed line, for instance we take (-2,2), just add it in the equation and solve for C


2=-(3)/(2)(-2)+c\\2=3+c\\0=3-2+c\\c=-1

y=-3/2-1

Now all you have to see is which of the three equations is equivalent to the one we just found

y+4=-3/2(x-2) is the answer :)
