1. Why do you think Johnny spoke up to dally?
2. What did cherry learn about greasers?
3. What kind of troubles of the socs might cherry have been referring to?

he spoke up bc he wanted to stand up for himself to his hero. she learned that they aren't so different from the socs. that they have to worry about always being perfect. and idk the other one. and the summary is that it's basically an intro of the charachter and their lives as greasers.
