Closed digestive system also called incomplete digestive system
is a sack like gut or body plan with one digestive system opening where food enters and waste exists the same opening.
On the other hand,
an open digestive system also called a complete digestive system
is a complete gut or body plan with two digestive openings where food enters one opening, and waste exits the other
