The first one is wrong as je suis means “ I am” in French, the actual verb is je mange which means in French “I’m eating” un sandwich “a sandwich” in French basically so the sentence becomes:

Je mange un sandwich

Answer:

1. Je mange un sandwich.

2. Vous aimez le rock.

3. Pierre joue au foot.

4. Nous invitons des amis.

5. Tu habites à Lyon?

6. Elle parle français?

7. Ils téléphonent à des amis.

The first one is incorrect because suis means am. So, "je suis" means "I am."

Hope it helped!
