Solution :


((X)/(10)* 0.24 )- (15.5)/(7.5) = 9\\\\((X)/(10)* 0.24 ) = 9 + (15.5)/(7.5)\\\\((X)/(10)* 0.24 ) = ((9* 7.5 )+ 15.5)/(7.5)\\\\((X)/(10)* 0.24 ) = (83)/(7.5)\\\\X = (83* 10)/(7.5* 0.24)\\\\X = 461.11

Therefore, the value of X is 461.11 .
