I can pretty much tell you that it is a term called fascism. Just like Hitler, it is a totalitarian nation and the ruler is the dictator… And is over the military and he himself is above the law and over all.

Answer:

Monarchy

Step-by-step explanation:

The country of Oman operates a Monarchical type of Government whereby the Government of Oman is ruled by a single person self appointed and above the law of the land.

The current Ruler of Oman is the sultan Qaboos bin Said Al Said who was self appointed since 1970, he serves as the chief of the Government and he appoints his cabinet all alone without recommendations or interference from anybody, this type of Government is hereditary and as soon as the Ruler dies a member of the Monarchical family is self appointed to replace him.
