What part of North America did Spain, France, and England explore during the fifteenth and sixteenth century? And what part of North America was not explored at that time?

The eastern part of the North American Continent was completely settled by the efforts that came from France, Spain, and England. Spaniards were able to manage an important part of what is now the country of Mexico, as well as the states of Texas, Arizona, and New Mexico. The French settled in what are now the states of Louisiana and Missouri. finally, the English were able to colonize the majority of the east coast, except for Florida which was initially controlled by the Spaniards.

The Western part of the Continent was not explored until the 19th century.
