Imagine that you are a political leader advising citizens on their country's future. Tell the citizens of this imaginary country wether you think their country should have a one-party, two party, or multiparty political system and why. You must explain the advantages and disadvantges for all party systems. Consider: • characteristics of a two-party system, • Characteristics of a multiparty system, •advantages and disadvantages of a coalition government. I will tell the citizens that multiparty political system would be better for the country.

In multiparty system, the legislative body are filled with representatives from several different parties ( meanwhile, our government is dominated by only two parties)

Multiparty system make it far less likely for one party to gain majority control of the government and can do basically anything they want. The power of their party in the government would be limited by the existence of other parties.

Not only that, voters might have different ideologies that cannot fully represented by two parties or less (for example, some people in America could adopt half of republican values and half of demcorats values). Having multiple party in this situations would be beneficial because they offer different alternatives for the voters.
