The correct order is the following.

1.- Oklahoma votes to prohibit the sale and consumption of alcohol.

2.- The United States repeals the prohibition amendment.

3.- The United States fights in World War II.

4.- The state of Oklahoma repeals prohibition.

The prohibition of alcohol was included in the Constitution of the State of Georgia in 1907. So since the very beginning, people were not authorized to buy alcohol. The repeal amendment was the 21st Amendment to the United States Constitution, ratified on December 5, 1933. The United States entered World War II after the Pearl Harbor Attack of December 1941. After the incident, President Franklin D. Roosevelt asked Congress for a Declaration of War. Finally, in 1959, people from Oklahoma voted to repeal prohibition.
