Describe One Example of how missing documentation can affect patient care.

If a patient is allergic to a certain medicine but the document stating this is missing, they could be given that medicine and be harmed even worse or even killed.

if a document is missing from a patient it can be dangerous because the document could have vary important information such as allergy's and if lost diseases could put said patient and others at risk. en example is if they person is allergic to a type of medicine and they nurses give the patient that medicine its putting the patient in danger if that makes any since there are tons of examples that's why its so important to have all documentation.
