Answer:

The correct answer is option C. 60°

Explanation:

From the figure we can see that triangle MNO is aright angled triangle.

Right angled at N.

To find the value of MN

We have, Hypotenuse² = Base + Height²

MO² = NO² + MN²

MN² = MO² - NO² = 8² - (4√3)² = 64 - 48 = 16

MN = √16 = 4

To find <NMO

Therefore the ratio of sides is

MN : NO : MO = 4 : 4√3 : 8 = 1 : √3 : 2

Therefore the angles are in the ratio

<MON : <NMO : <MNO = 30 : 60 : 90

so <NMO = 60°

Option C. 60° is the correct answer.

Answer:

m∠NMO = 60° ⇒ answer (C)

Explanation:

∵ ΔNMO is right triangle

∵ MO = 8 , NO = 4√3

∵ sin∠NMO = NO/MO

∴ sin∠NMO = 4√3/8 = √3/2

∴ m∠NMO = 60° ⇒ (30° - 60° - 90° triangle)
