Why so many women and children worked in the industrial labor force?

all three men, women and children committed to labour in industries. men and children frequently suffered both physical and mental injuries working around heavy machinery and unsanitary work environments. however so did women. all were challenged with strict rules concerning basic human rights such as using the bathroom (which was only allowed very few times and you had to ask the boss for permission) men eventually took over work and women stayed home to care for household and infants.

people were not paid much yet anyone was willing to work for something. the more people working the more money made for family. that is why children worked and lacked education

i hope this helped at least a little.
