Answer:

The orange fish is
=(17)/(30) foot longer than blue fish.

Explanation:

Given : Two kinds of fish can be found in a small tank that is
5(1)/(7) feet long a blue fish is
(2)/(15) of a foot long and an orange fish is
(7)/(10) of a foot long.

To find : How much longer is a orange fish?

Solution :

The blue fish length is
(2)/(15) foot.

The orange fish length is
(7)/(10) foot.

Now, we have to find how much longer is orange fish that means there is a comparison with blue fish.

So, the length of orange fish than blue is

=(7)/(10)- (2)/(15)

=(7* 15-2* 10)/(10* 15)

=(105-20)/(150)

=(85)/(150)

=(17)/(30)

Therefore, The orange fish is
=(17)/(30) foot longer than blue fish.
