Answer:

A: Square

B: Triangle

Explanation:

A: just bring the base and you still have a square as the base. That's the same as a "cross section"

B: like a scanning laser scanning up and down, when the laser scanner reaches the middle...pretend it cuts the pyramid. You'd have a triangle on the cut side.
