The movement of water is able to transport mineral and nutrients such as calcium potassium etc. We can take take the example of ground water as some minerals mixed in ground water, some times those minerals are beneficial and sometimes not. for example if mercury mixes in water, it not good for health whereas copper calcium and other are good when are mixed in an appropriate amount.
