From The Gettysburg Address Four score and seven years ago our fathers brought forth on this continent a new nation, conceived in Liberty, and dedicated to the proposition that all men are created equal.

To what event does Lincoln refer in this passage?

the landing of the Mayflower

the signing of the U.S. Constitution

the American Revolution

the beginning of English colonies

American revolution, I’m almost positive. The mayflower was way way before and the beginning of the English colonies were way before too. Lincoln gave the speech on the anniversary of the Declaration of Independence and that was like 11 before after the constitution so he wouldn’t be talking abt the constitution.
