Aerobic Exercises: Energy that is used over a longer period of time.
Similarities:
- Both are forms of exercise
- They both use glucose as the starting molecule
Differences:
- Oxygen is not present in Anaerobic exercise, but is present in Aerobic exercise.
- Aerobic exercise is performed at a low intensity, while Anaerobic exercise is performed at a higher intensity.
