Which structure guides an action potential to the inside of a muscle cell?

T-tubule, Sarcolemma..that is the outer cell membrane, guides action potential to the cell's inside. The release of calcium ions into the sarcoplasm leads to the interaction of proteins embedded in a long cylindrical organelles
