Now find the corresponding y values by substitution in the equation:

For x = -2, y = 1/2 *-2 + 2 = 1.

For x = 0, y = 1/2 * 0 + 2 = 2.

For x = 2 , y = 1/2* 2 + 2 = 3.

For x = 4 , y = 1/2 * 4 + 2 = 4.

So the table is:
