Hypotenuse = √((Side1)^2 + (Side2)^2)

Now, applying the Pythagoras theorem to the given right angled triangle we have,


x^2 = (15)^2 + (36)^2\\x = √(1521) }\\x = 39

Hence, value of x is 39.
