either VISUALIZATION or relaxation I'm going with visualization because it says "picturing"

The sun is high heating up the sand that you lay your beach towel on. You watch the waves hit the shore bringing in seashells as you sit. You feel a cool wind hit you and everything seems perfect and at peace.
