405 - 360 = 45 degrees.

405 is equivalent to 45 degrees and is in Quad 1.

right problem

- 405 degrees is moving clockwise in when 1 arm is the + x axis. -360 is eaten up just making 1 rotation. You have - 45 degrees left over

- 45 degrees is in quad 4 when moving clockwise.
